End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a license to use the eniwher3 web application at eni3.com. It is a SaaS license, not a sale of software. eniwher3 at eni3.com is operated by @010gcc. Use of the service is also subject to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

License grant

We grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the web app through a supported browser, for your own notes and boards, while these terms remain in force.

  • Free tier: local board features as we make them available, including without an account.
  • Premium: additional hosted features (cloud sync and multiple named boards) while your monthly subscription is active, or for the life of the eni3.com service if this account bought Founder Lifetime. Lifetime is non-transferable and ends if the service ends. Cancel a monthly renewal from Manage subscription.

What you do not get

  • No ownership of our trademarks, source code, or design.
  • No right to copy, reverse engineer, or run our backend except as the hosted service allows.
  • No license to redistribute the app as your own product.
  • No implied license to future sharing/invite features that are not shipped yet.

Your content license to us

You own your enis and board content. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, and display that content only as needed to operate eniwher3 (including backups and Premium sync). That license ends when the content is deleted from our systems, except for residual copies in backups that age out.

Open source and third-party components

The app may include third-party libraries under their own licenses (for example Next.js, Better Auth, Stripe.js on Checkout). Those licenses still apply. Stripe Checkout is provided by Stripe, Inc. under Stripe’s terms.

Acceptable use

You must follow the acceptable-use rules in the Terms. We may suspend the license if you do not.

Warranty disclaimer

THE SOFTWARE AND SERVICE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS”. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. KEEP YOUR OWN COPIES OF IMPORTANT NOTES. LOCAL AND CLOUD STORAGE CAN FAIL.

Liability

Liability limits in the Terms of Service apply to this EULA as well.

Term and termination

This EULA starts when you first use the app and continues until you stop using it or we terminate access. You may stop at any time and delete local site data. Monthly Premium features end when the subscription ends. Founder Lifetime lasts for the life of the service on that account. You can cancel a monthly renewal from Manage subscription. We may terminate the license if you materially breach it or if we shut down the service. On termination, stop using hosted features; local copies on your device remain yours.

Governing law

Same as the Terms: the laws of the United States (without a more specific state named yet). If this EULA and the Terms conflict, the Terms control for accounts and billing; this EULA controls the software license grant.
