eniwher3 (the site eni3.com) is a spatial sticky-note canvas in the browser. Notes are called enis. You place them on a board, drag them around, and edit them. This page is the goods and services description: what you can use for free, what Premium is, how you pay, and what is not sold.
What customers buy
The paid product is eniwher3 Premium — a software subscription (SaaS). It is not a physical product, not a marketplace, and not a downloadable boxed app. After you complete Stripe Checkout, your signed-in account is marked Premium and the extra features unlock in the web app.
Price is about US$5 per month, billed by Stripe as a recurring subscription. The amount shown on Checkout is the amount charged. Currency and tax (if any) appear there before you pay.
Founder Lifetime is a separate one-time payment (US$39 once) while the offer is open. It unlocks the same Premium features for the life of the eni3.com service on the purchasing account. It is non-transferable. A monthly subscriber who buys it is set to stop renewing at the end of the current period; Premium stays on because of Lifetime.

How you pay and how delivery works
- Sign in with an email magic link (Better Auth). No password is stored by us.
- Open /upgrade and start Stripe Checkout.
- Pay the subscription on Stripe’s hosted Checkout page (card or other methods Stripe shows you).
- After a successful payment, Checkout returns you to eni3.com. A webhook at
/api/stripe/webhook(and a confirm step on return) sets Premium on your account. - Delivery is digital and immediate: cloud sync and extra boards become available in the same web app. There is no shipping.
If a payment is later refunded or the subscription is canceled and ends, Premium access is removed. Cancel or update billing from Manage subscription. See Refunds & cancellation.
What is not sold
- No physical goods, shipping, or pickup.
- No marketplace, escrow, or payments between users.
- No adult, gambling, crypto-asset, or investment products.
- No downloadable-file SKU. Premium — monthly or Founder Lifetime — is hosted access in the web app, not a file you keep if the service ends.
- Sharing boards with other people (planned as “eni1”) is not a sold add-on in this version.
