Privacy Policy

This policy explains how eniwher3 (eni3.com) handles personal data. eniwher3 at eni3.com is operated by @010gcc.

What we collect

  • Email address — when you request a magic-link sign-in. We use it to send the link and to identify your account.
  • Account records — a user id, whether Premium is active (monthly or Founder Lifetime), and timestamps. We may store a Stripe customer id on your user record so billing stays attached to the right account.
  • Board content (Premium cloud sync) — the notes (enis), layout, theme, and related board JSON we store so your boards can sync. Free use keeps this on your device instead.
  • Session data — a signed session cookie (and related Better Auth records such as session token, expiry, and sometimes IP address / user agent) so you stay signed in.
  • Payment and billing data — processed by Stripe when you subscribe. We do not store full card numbers. Stripe may keep name, email, card brand/last4, billing address, and subscription status as their customer. Cancel or update a card from Manage subscription. See Stripe’s privacy policy.
  • Support messages — whatever you send to support@eni3.com.

What stays on your device

The free board stores notes in IndexedDB in your browser (database name eniwher3). Cookie-consent choice is stored in localStorage. That data does not leave your device unless you sign in and use Premium cloud sync, or you paste / export it yourself.

Analytics

Google Analytics is used only after you accept optional cookies. If you decline, or have not chosen, the Google tag does not load and no analytics cookies are set. We do not run advertising pixels or other marketing cookies. Details are in the Cookie Policy.

Why we use data

  • Authenticate you and keep a session.
  • Provide Premium cloud boards and sync.
  • Process and maintain your subscription via Stripe. You can cancel or update payment details from Manage subscription.
  • Answer support and billing requests.
  • Secure the service (abuse, fraud, webhook verification).
  • Meet legal and payment-network obligations.

Processors and hosting

  • Hostinger — hosts the website and application database.
  • Resend — sends magic-link emails when email delivery is configured.
  • Stripe — Checkout, subscriptions, invoices, the billing portal (cancel and payment-method updates), and payment webhooks.
  • Gravatar — when you are signed in, the board requests a profile image using a hash of your email. If Gravatar has no image, we show your initial instead. We do not send your board contents.
  • Google Fonts — the layout may load IBM Plex Mono from Google’s font service (a functional third-party request, not an ad tracker).
  • Google Analytics — visit measurement, and only after you accept optional cookies. Until then we do not load Google’s tag.

Those companies process data on our instructions or as independent controllers for their own payment/email infrastructure. We do not sell your personal data.

Retention

  • Account and session records: while the account exists, plus a short period after deletion for backups/security.
  • Cloud board content: while you keep the board / account, or until you delete it.
  • Stripe records: according to Stripe’s retention and our tax/accounting needs.
  • Local IndexedDB: until you clear site data in the browser.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example GDPR or similar US state laws), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your data, or to object to / restrict certain processing. Email support@eni3.com. We will need to verify the request. You may also complain to a data-protection authority.

Children

The service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child created an account, contact us and we will delete it.

International transfers

Hosting, email, and Stripe may process data in the United States and other countries. If you use the service from elsewhere, you understand data may be processed outside your country.

Cookies

See the Cookie Policy. Essential cookies and local storage are used for auth and the local board. A consent banner records your choice in localStorage. Google Analytics is used only after you accept.
