Refunds & cancellation
This policy applies to eniwher3 Premium, a monthly digital subscription purchased through Stripe Checkout on eni3.com. It does not apply to the free local board, which is not paid.
What you are buying
Premium is hosted software access (cloud sync and multiple named boards), delivered by unlocking features on your account after payment — not a physical good. See Product & services. Price is about US$5 per month; Checkout shows the exact charge.
How to cancel
- Sign in, then open Manage subscription. That starts a Stripe billing portal session where you can cancel Premium or update your payment method.
- Canceling stops the next renewal. You keep Premium until the end of the period you already paid for, then the account returns to free (the local board still works).
- If you can’t open the portal, email support@eni3.com from the same address you use to sign in. Write “Cancel Premium”. We will cancel the Stripe subscription so it does not renew. Typical response: within two business days.
Founder Lifetime
Founder Lifetime is a one-time charge (US$39 once), not a renewing subscription. The billing portal does not offer cancel on a Lifetime account. Access lasts for the life of the eni3.com service on the purchasing account and is non-transferable. If a payment completes after the sale cap is already filled, or the same account pays twice, we refund that payment in full and do not grant another Lifetime. Other refund requests follow the 14-day note below.
Refunds
Because this is a low-cost monthly digital subscription, partial months are not prorated by default if you cancel after using Premium in that period.
- Cooling-off / first charge: If you subscribe, decide it is not for you, and email us within 14 days of the first successful charge, we will refund that first payment and cancel the subscription — especially if you barely used cloud features.
- Renewals: Later monthly charges are generally not refunded once the period has started. We will still consider a goodwill refund if you were charged after you asked us to cancel, or if there was a clear billing error.
- Duplicate / obvious mistakes: We refund duplicate charges and charges we can see were not authorized on your account.
- Chargebacks: Please email us first so we can fix it. Disputes through the card network may close the account.
Refunds, when issued, go back through Stripe to the original payment method. Bank/card timing is outside our control.
How to request a refund
Email support@eni3.com with the account email, approximate date, and why. We may ask for the Stripe receipt. We aim to reply within two business days.
After a refund or ended subscription
Premium flags are cleared (webhook customer.subscription.deleted / support action). Cloud boards may remain stored until you ask us to delete them; they are no longer synced as a Premium feature. Local IndexedDB notes stay on your device.
Consumer law
If a mandatory consumer-refund rule where you live is stronger than this policy, that rule wins. Tell us your location when you write.
